Located in Clay County WV, making apple butter the old-fashioned way - in open copper kettles, 50 gallons at a time. Our recipe dates back to the 1800s, using only golden delicious apples.. the state fruit of West Virginia. We also operate a small Appalachian bakery & market opening in the spring of 2021.
